Jim works out of the town office and manages the day to
day affairs of the town. He has been the Town Manager since
August 1998. Jim is married and has 3 children.

Clerk-Treasurer for Winamac and manages the financial interests of the

Mrs. Cheryl Stout,
Assistant Treasurer

Cheryl Stout is the first deputy clerk and
is primarily responsible for the billling of utility
customers.

Office Helper
Jennifer Zimmer is the second
deputy clerk and is primarily responsible for accounts
receivable/payable and payroll. Jennifer started with Winamac
in 2001.
