The Sewer Department normal hours of operation
are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EASTERN
The Wastewater Department is
responsible for the maintenance of the sewer collection system
and operations of the wastewater treatment plant. There are
also 10 lift stations in town that they operate in order to
pump the waste water from the north end of town to the
treatment plant on US 35 South. The treatment plant is a
ClassII Design 0.434 mgd
facility.
